 Welcome to our web site and thank you for your time. Athens Church of the Nazarene is a family-oriented growing church with a body of believers that range in age from infants to senior saints. We are a church that believes that the Word of God is relevant for us today and that God has called us to a life style that reflects His spirit working in us.

We not only realize that we are saved by grace and not by any works we could do, but also understand that God has called us to work for him and to be ambassadors for Christ by living a life that reflects his working in our hearts and our love for him. It is our desire to “Speak the Truth in Love,” that all who hear and answer the call of Christ may experience his transforming power in their lives and know the joy and peace of having a living relationship with Him.
